There is a £5 booking fee applied to scheduled bookings. Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend and wish to reschedule, then please contact us as soon as possible to do so. If you do not call, at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment,  you will lose the booking fee. 

If you decide to cancel your appointment, then the booking fee will be forfeited.
